Ok, now , I want to tell you about teachi ng media in listening skill.

We know that english is which one of important lesson in school, and according to me, listening is which one of skill that more difficult, because we must get the meanig when we do conversation, we must understanding the meaning based on orally.

In listening, teaching media is important in teaching – learning process, because the teacher must make the students understand that the teacher meaning in teaching – learning process. So, here, I want to tell about teaching listening media.

In listening, we can use some media, for example, we can use radio tape, song, english film, recorder and etc. Ok, I will teke the song and english film as media in teaching – learning process in listening skill.

A . Song

In this word, so many the type of song, here as media of teaching – learning process, the teacher should choose the comfortable song to teach the students, here, usually, the teacher use english song, there is pop music.

Using the song as a medium of learning listening can be done with the following steps:
1 Select a song

          One of the requirements in choosing songs for increasing is the selection of songs to be listening with clear pronunciation. Some opinions suggest that the selection of songs for beginners who want to learn listening, are advised to choose a song that is melancholy.
2 Listen to the song
          In the event that only can be done is listen only. This is to familiarize the ear with the pronunciation of the English language.
3 Listening
          Hearing is not the same as listening. Heard in the English language is listen hear while listening. In this activity need only carry a small note. Listen closely to the song, then record the spoken lyrics.
4 Matching
          Last activity to improve the ability of listening to the song is matching with the original lyrics. Then interpret the lyrics as a whole. Noteworthy is the meaning of a word is dependent on the context of the sentence.

And also, using song to teach listening skill is more interesting, because basedly, song is very good, and make happy and also, it can motivate us so that listening ability is increased.

The aim is of course to be achieved by using film as a medium of learning, is to make us familiar with the English language. If we want to improve listening skills in English, we can use the film by removing its subtitle. It was believed to make us familiar with the English language is the international language. Because language is believed to be controlled if often practiced. Confusion with the words that came out was the first sensation that we will face. There are two benefits when using film as a medium of learning, namely engineering and additional vocabulary pronunciation.
